Service is not available in all areas. Monthly charges will be stated Monthly Service Cost + Optional Features requested + taxes, fees, USF costs, and costs of long-distance. Charges for taxes and fees are waived for the first payment only. Inside wire repair is not available. Installation charges may be due if you switch to a different carrier, or upon early termination of your Qtel service. Domestic long distance is only available for residential voice use within the 48 contiguous US states. Long distance minutes expire at the end of each service month. Operator Assistance and Operator Services may be charged up to $1.99 per incidence. Working lines switching to Qtel must be transferable. All payments are non-refundable.
